Open the model dropdown in Image Studio (Kling v3 is the default), enter a prompt describing what you want, optionally add reference images, choose your aspect ratio and resolution, then click Generate. Your result appears in the gallery within seconds.

Generated images can be exported as PNG, JPG, or WEBP. Resolutions of 1K, 2K, and 4K are available on models that support them, and you can choose from standard aspect ratios such as square, portrait, and landscape.

Reference and input images can be JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG (.png), WebP (.webp), or GIF (.gif). The maximum file size is 10MB per image, and you can attach up to 10 reference images per generation.

For optimal results, use clear, well-lit, in-focus images. Images of at least ~1024px on the longest side work best. Avoid blurry, very dark, or heavily compressed images, as low-quality inputs can reduce the quality of the result.

Yes. Credits expire 90 days after the date you receive them, and the oldest credits are always used first (FIFO). There is no monthly reset — credits stay available for the full 90-day window, so you can use them at your own pace.

Our plans are priced in US dollars. Depending on your location and payment method, checkout may show the equivalent amount in your local currency — but the plan you get and the number of credits it includes are exactly the same either way.

In Image Studio you describe what you want, optionally add reference images, and choose from 20+ AI image models to generate a brand-new image — or edit an existing one with tools like upscale, inpaint, remove background, face swap, and variations. Browse our templates gallery for inspiration, then refine your prompt and generate. Your results appear in the gallery within seconds.

In Image Studio, open the Remove Background tool, upload your image, and generate — the AI isolates the subject and returns a clean, transparent background, usually within seconds. You can then upscale the cutout, swap in a new background, or refine it with the other Studio tools.

Most generations complete within 10-60 seconds, depending on the model, settings, and current load. The maximum processing time is 90 seconds. You'll see a loading indicator while your image is being generated.

Be specific and descriptive. Mention the subject, colors, materials, lighting, and style you want — for example, "a professional studio headshot with soft lighting and a neutral background". You can also start from a ready-made idea like professional headshots and tweak it. Clear, detailed prompts help the model understand your vision and produce better results.

You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from the pricing page. Your plan terms are locked for your current billing cycle — there is no mid-cycle re-pricing, so the price you sign up at is the price you pay until you choose to change. Choosing annual billing saves around 20% versus paying monthly.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at [email protected] with your account details. After cancellation, you'll retain access to your remaining credits until they expire or the end of your current billing period.

Payments are handled by a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor that accepts major credit and debit cards. All payments are encrypted, and we do not store or handle your card details.

If a generation fails due to a technical error, the credits are automatically refunded — you never lose credits to a technical problem. For billing issues such as a duplicate charge, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right. Subjective dissatisfaction with the look of a successful generation is not refundable, since AI output naturally varies.

Common reasons include: file size exceeding 10MB, unsupported file format (we only accept JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF), or network connectivity issues. Try compressing your image or converting it to a supported format.

A generation can fail due to: content blocked by the model's safety filters, an overly complex or unclear prompt, a temporary provider error, or a timeout (after 90 seconds). When a failure is caused by a technical error, your credits are automatically refunded.

There are two different cases. If a generation fails for a technical reason — a timeout, a provider error, or no usable output — your credits are refunded automatically, so you never pay for a misfire. If the generation succeeds but the look isn't what you had in mind, that's a normal part of the creative process: adjust your prompt and re-run, or try one of the other 20+ models for a different style. Successful generations aren't refundable, since AI output naturally varies.

Credits are typically added immediately after successful payment. If you don't see them within 5 minutes, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID.

Image Studio runs 20+ AI image models — browse the full catalog on our models page. Every model includes built-in safety filters, so content involving harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material, or dangerous activities is automatically blocked. Your uploaded images are used only to deliver the result you request and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Note that AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or distortions.
